These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Rotunda, River & Range LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("the firm," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the website located at rotundariverrangellc.com (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The firm's services are offered and provided only within the United States. Governing Law; Exclusive Venue

These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these terms, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and without application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you expressly agree that Nevada law governs and that the courts of Clark County, Nevada are the exclusive forum for any dispute.

Dispute Resolution; Waivers; Time Limit on Claims

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (1) YOU AND THE FIRM EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS; (2) ANY SUCH DISPUTE SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; AND (3) ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM AROSE, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement; No Waiver; Assignment

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy & Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rotunda, River & Range LLC regarding use of the Site. The firm's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms; the firm may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

Changes to These Terms

Rotunda, River & Range LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
